Prof. Dr. Chandima Gomes, Professor of Electrical Engineering at Universiti Putra Malaysia, is the Head of the Centre for Electromagnetics and Lightning Protection Research, Malaysia. In addition to lightning protection, grounding and bonding, he is also an expert in EMI/EMC, occupational safety, atmospheric physics and disaster management. A well known engineering trainer in Asia, Chandima has conducted over 120 training programs world-wide and published over 150 research papers.

Además de la protección contra rayos, puesta a tierra y unión, él también es un experto en EMI / EMC, seguridad ocupacional, física atmosférica y gestión de desastres. Chandima ha llevado a cabo más de 120 programas de formación y publicado más de 150 trabajos de investigación a nivel mundial.
